If you are purchasing products through our website,you will be purchasing from our online store managed by J.Memel Sports.These terms apply to the contract formed between  you and  J.Memel Sports.Any references in these terms to J.Memel Sports shall be a reference to Outofthepark.

​WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

All questions regarding wholesale applications and the terms & conditions listed herein will be answered through email at m.frank7830@yahoo.com or by phone at 1( 571)4265503 .Below are the Terms and conditions for Ouofthepark that shall apply to "Resellers" who purchase OOTP products at wholesale solely for the purposes of resale to the public. All sales to "resellers" are to be approved by J.Memel Sports through the use of the wholesale application. Verification may include photographs of Reseller's store, website identification, Business License or any other applicable documentation. Reseller agrees that it is forbidden to sell OOTP products on wholesale basis to other retailers. J.Memel Sports reserves the right to terminate the account of any Reseller.

Details on how you can cancel your order or return your Products (where permissible) including the address to which Products must be returned,will be provided on the checkout, in your order confirmation e-mail and/or your Dispatch Confirmation via the link to the returns portal,

  • If you cancel your Contract,we will:

  • refund you the price you paid for the Products;

  • refund the amount of duties and taxes that were paid;

  • refund any costs you have paid for delivery to you, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method.

  • We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.

  • This Contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

  • If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations.

  • Please note that these Terms are governed by U.S law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by U.S law. You and we both agree that the courts of Ireland will have non-exclusive jurisdiction
